1. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
2. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, permission changes, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity or postpone option. However, no refund will be provided.
3. Vouchers can be used once only.
4. All our arrangements are basic; luxury is not provided. Accommodations may include sleeping bags, tents, dormitories, rooms with no beds, or sleeping bags under the sky.
5. You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings, which vary by destination.
6. All participants must be comfortable carrying their own required and distributed items, including personal backpacks, sleeping bags, and common items like food and tents.
7. In case of damage or loss of any SAT Travels equipment or items, the responsible member must bear the cost.
8. We have designated pick-up and drop points; arrange your own transport to the pick-up point.
9. We depend on third-party transport agencies and do not control vehicles or drivers. Issues with pick-up/drop times or bus quality are rare. Please check before registering if you have specific requirements.
10. SAT Travels is NOT responsible for any injuries or accidents during the event.
11. Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, or causing delays will be terminated from the event without warning and no refund. Such clients must arrange their own transport back; SAT Travels is not responsible.
12. We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised terms take effect when posted.
Terms and Conditions for Resort/Camping Stays
1. Camping at our resort is equipped with standard amenities.
2. All facilities are to be used only between check-in and check-out times as per reservation.
3. Management is not responsible for damages, losses, injuries, or accidents. Damages to property must be paid for directly. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
4. Help keep the environment clean by using designated trash bins.
5. Do not attempt adventure activities without the adventure crew. Activities are single attempts only.
6. Activities may be delayed or stopped due to rain, wind, or technical issues for safety reasons.
7. No exclusivity is assured; other guests may use the same facilities.
8. Guests may play music on mobile phones but not via speakers. Loud music is not allowed.
9. Food is available only at scheduled times.
10. Alcohol is allowed only in permitted areas and strictly prohibited in common areas.
11. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Loud or offensive noises are strictly prohibited.
12. Maintain decency and standards. Misbehavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
